IBOOK G4, Goes to grey screen then crashes

Hello,

My Ibook G4 laptop is going to the grey screen with the apple logo and then crashes after a minute. I have tried almost everything....resetting PMU PRAM etc.... Anyone know how to fix this specific problem? Thanks for ur time!
