Solution for error no.624 for vista os

Hello,

This is biju... Ive tried connecting my nokia 7230 from a reliance gprs connection... The operator provided me a dial up number *99# . After installing pc suite and all other options, i get an error - phone book cannot be uptated error:624. Please tell a solution guys......
