Keyboard ,mouse , usb keyboard not responding

Hello, my laptop keyboard and mouse will stop responding when the windows start even on safe mode !I tried to use usb keyboard nothing changed ,at pc setup menu the keyboard working fine.

Dear Mike,

Please get to the Device Manager and have the USB ports drives updated for them to work properly. Simply right click on them and click on Update Drivers.
