Keyboard not working....

Hello,

i have a sony vaio vgn-nw20sf laptop n the keyboard is not working. i formated the laptop and installed a new OS and still it isnt working? i can use the keyboard in the bios settings but not when computer boots up to windows. please help me what do i do?

Hi there,

In bios you can use only certain keys and not all?like function keys and arrow keys?add now a usb keyboard to it,if this works then the laptop keyboard must be replaced else use usb keyboard with it.Since you reformatted system its still same so its not a software issue.
