I have HCL Lap. I could not install window OS in it. After copying the all set up files it rebooted agin the swithed off automatically. But while i was trying Ubuntu It was installing in entire hard disc but could not in separate hard disc partion.
I tried too many times for Windows with different partioned finally i installed in E:\ drive. (I have C,D,E,F,H drives as partion). Some times it is working fine. While i swithced on after some time it is in on condition upto some times of windows loading icon. Then it automatically went to swaithced off. And then i tried after 12 hrs at that time it was worked fine. I dont know what happended there.
