Product KeyClosed

Question

Hello, again like other people my lap-top is asking for genuine "product key" i have located it underneath the machine but it has faded completely(no other wording has onit just the key code "funny that ey")is there any other way to find your product key?i have still got all the documentation since purchase 2yrs ago but nothing there!!please help!!

Is your windows still running?

If it is running you can download a key finder.

Contact Microsoft and give them the visible keys as well as the documents dated 2 years ago informations they will do needful.
