Compaq presario cq60

Hello, my compaq presario cq60 has not start. The power light and battery light are on but the hard drive light indicator light is not on.What will be the possible solution?

Hi there,

And on the screen what is displayed ?are there beep codes?do you hear the hard drive spinning?please provide information related to the issue,
