Black screen issue, BIOS update doesn't help?
Closed
Hello,
I'm experiencing a problem with my Acer Aspire AOA150 since yesterday. The problem seems to be quite common and it also seems like the solution of updating BIOS is helpful in 95% of the cases or so. However, I have followed the same process of Fn+Esc using the flash USB drive with the downloaded BIOS, changed the file name to zg5ia32.fd and all that jazz, several times. It did not resolve the issue. I still experience the same problem. I really don't feel like sending my netbook away to the Acer Tech Centre.
Would you happen to have any other alternatives if BIOS update doesn't help?
Thank you!
