Laptop Dell Inspiron 1150 blue screen
Solved/Closed
Hi,
I can't turn my Dell Inspiron 1150 on. Last night, it went to a blue screen and said there was some kind of problem (I can't remember what it was) and told me to restart it to fix the problem. I did that, and it was fine last night. When I tried to turn it on this afternoon, the fan would go on and it sounded like it was powering on, but the screen never lit up. Any suggestions?
Thanks!

hi kap100
I think you have seen a hardware or software (compatability)somtimes driver failur blue screen error you can go to safe mode by pressing f8 at the time of booting process to solve this issue or re install windows can repair if support.

when I hecked with Dell custmer support they are telling the problem is due to the malacious software. but I never installed any software to my knowledge. could you please suggest to overcome this issue?
