Acer one zg5 battery Closed

Hello, 

I have an Acer one zg5 and the battery doesn't show up in the power screen and won't charge it is not that old and should not be dead any suggestions

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

Hi there,

It can be dead,try with a duplicate one or from a computer shop try new one on it to confirm,this is caused to bad maintenance,to increase battery life have the tipe from Faq applied in future:

try to disconnect and reconnect saveral times the charger plug and it will start to charge again.
