Hello,
i want to use remote access to get a folder from my sister Machine in USA.
We have tried a lot without accessing the folder.

Can you help me by the steps i have to follow to reach a machine in USA meanwhile i am living in GHANA?

your advise will be welcome.

Hello,

first of all you need to have the ip address of your sister.*

Tell her to :

start, run command, ip config

Then open start menu, programs , accessories, remote desktop

Type the ip address and it gonna ask you the login and password !
