Please consider having the specific settings from your network provider and also obtain the instructions for having it activated on your phone too.

hi, 
first go to the site of your service provider & then go to the GPRS section where you can get all manual settings for your handset.

if you can't do the settings manually then call your customer care and ask for GPRS settings for your hanset.
