The @ key does not work

Hello,
I cannot write the @ symbol on an old Sony Vaio, the altGr key does not access it. How can I correct it?

Dear Leo,

It could be that the problem is coming from its circuit board and it will be advisable to get it to a Repair Shop to get it fixed.
