How to back up my contact from phone to pc??

Hello,
I want to save some of my short messages from my O2 XDA Atom (WM6) to pc for later use but have no idea how to do it

I remember there is a software called "godsw sms transfer",I forget its public website.Youcan search it on google. But it seems to fit for system "Windows Mobile 5 system" or "Windows Mobile 6 system" only. So you'd better check your cell phone system before youuse this softwareGoodluck to you!
