Change Window Color Windows 7

Hello,



I'm currently using Windows 7.

I used to have the option to change Window Color And Appearance (Adjust the opacity, pick colors, pick saturation level, etc.), but for some reason, my new "Change Window Color And Appearance" menu is some hideous tab that doesn't allow me to change ANYTHING.

Please help.

Hi there,

You are using copy version or original version of windows 7 on system?please mention as well as provide more information on system and when was it installed and was it fresh installation or windows upgrade,
