Alright, well it sounds like in POST your computer is having errors detecting your hard disk, or there is an error reading the hard disk.
#1, Check to make sure the hard disk is getting power and connection to the motherboard.
#2 Check your bios settings to see if it is seeing the hard disk, or detecting anything at all.
