I cannot access my emails

I cannot access my emails in Hotmail.
I can get to the inbox page but it won't allow me to:
1) Open my emails
2) Delete emails
3) Open any other folder i.e. junk/sent
+ many more.

At the bottom of the page it says Done, but with errors. The error messages do not explain the problem at all and there is no "repair" button.

I have tried Deleting my Temporary Internet Files / History.
I have tried to log in from another computer.
I have even added hotmail to my "allowed" list on my firewall just to make sure.

I use Windows Vista and I am running Internet Explorer 8.

I'm getting very annoyed now, some help would be much appreciated.

P.S. What is the point of me clicking "Get the answers by mail"? .... I can't access my damn account!
