Urgent, dell inspiron will not startClosed

Question

Hello, 

My dell inspiron, i believe it's a 1721 will not startup.
When i reset it the same screen comes up, which is the start up repair screen.
No matter what option i choose it still restarts and the same screen comes up!
Please help!


Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

You need to boot from your same windows version installation cd and make a system repair,for the instructions you can refer to Faq ,here is the link:
