registry disabled by admin Solved/Closed

Question

Hello,  

My PC is s reporting that my registry is disabled by your administrator and i have tried the comman in cmd.exe 
"REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v EnableRegistryTools /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f" 
but its not working, I have also tried gpedit.msc but I did'nt get any solution for my problem 
please kindly help me 


Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7.0

Dear Saurav, 

Please consider contacting the Administrator of the computer for him to remove the specific registration that has been set up by him.
