How i write synopsis for coaching class projClosed

Hello, i m making project on private coaching classes in visual basic 6.0. I don't have any experience about how to make synopsis. The point given to make synopsis is (writing those point which i am getting how to write )- 
    1. Summery of project 
    2. Design and system architecture of the software system 
If anyone knows then send me. I am eagerly waiting for response.
