dell screen flat monitor shuts off by itself.Solved/Closed

Hello, 

hi guys I need some help on how to fix a flat dell screen monitor. which radomly when starting windoows , the screen goes all black but the power light of the monitor shows its on but the screen still shows all black. I tried several stuffs like pressing its menu button to reset it to its factory settings but it dont let me to do so. soo I need some help I really appreciate it. thanks

Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 8.0

Hi there,

Try changing its power cord as it may be loose if by doing so then definitely needs to be taken to a professional electronic technician for repairs.

well I tried with the power cord and nothing happened, I guess im going to take it to a professional electric tecnician tomorrow tho but thank you very much for the help.
