beeping while booting Solved/Closed

Question

Hello, 
my laptop has all of a sudden started beeping while booting and takes around 10 minutes to boot....it then goes into a blue and grey screen where it has different options and then boots up what can be the problem..........plz help 


Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7.0
