Not initialized and write protected

Hello,

My Hdd 1tb usb is not showing anymore on explorer. In computer management, its shows its unallocated and not initialized. Every time I try to initialize it, its says " media write protected" I can't formated because I can't Initialize it .
Is anyone having the same problem.
Any suggestion will be good. Thanks

Hi there,

First remove the write protection then you will be able to format the device,here are instructions on link below:

I tried what you said, it is already set on "0". Even thought I tried it and restart the computer. It's still write protect.
