Toshiba laptop A205-S6808 Crashed Closed

Question

I have read and followed all the directions to repair my Toshiba but none has succeeded so far. It can't boot, keeps restarting itself and have tried using even the command prompt, but all i get is that the files can't be repaired. What can i do to have the vista replaced with windows seven without restoring the vista first?
