Hello,

i have a problem.
the laptop i was using only works with it connected to the light, but the connection always gets disconnected from the computer, causing it to turn off.
This has caused a problem.
Now the computer turns on but it doesn't get past the "your computer wasn't shut down correctly, please click to start in:
Safe Mode
Normally start your comp.
Etc..."
but none of the options seem to work.
all of those options don't work and it takes me back to the same page.
I need to fix the computer.
I feel guilt, when i really didn't do anything to it.
It just accidently got unplugged and now it wont work
Please help.
Its a windows Xp

Thanks
Cindy
