Hello,

I recently put together a new system with:

-P7H55-M Pro motherboard
-ASUS ENGTX465 1gig video card
-Turbo Cool 860 Watt PSU
-OCZ 2 gig ram stick (x2)
-i5-750 Intel processor

The machine won't post - there's no PC speaker on the case so I don't get any beeps either. I see the green light on the motherboard and the video card is getting power (fan is spinning).

I really have no idea what to do. I tried resetting the CMOS, switching around the RAM cards and using another video card. Still nothing...

ANY help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there,

This is happening due to wrong connections on board as well as from psu, check the schema of the motherboard and connect appropriately, try removing the graphic card and reseat back with only 1 memory stick and power on.

Thanks

Are you one of the unlucky owners of this videocard, I own it and have had a lot of problems with it, read this post.. https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/forums/discover/110805/the-nvidia-400-500-series-lockup-club-33-have-a-fermi-based-card-that-39-s-locking-up-blackscreen/ Your problem may be described there.
