IE cannot open from taskbar Closed

Hello, 

So to clarify, I can open IE from my taskbar.  Once I have multiple tabs open in IE and I minimize it I can not re-open/maximize IE from the taskbar.  Windows 7 also has that thing where you can hover your mouse over the IE icon and if you have multiple tabs open it'll pull up that window displaying all your open pages, and then you can select one.. well, when I select one it opens up and immediately closes.  I have to press the windows+tab key to get them back on the screen.. Any ideas?


Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

Dear Sir, 

The actual matter is that the application should be containing some corrupt or missing files that is causing this kind of trouble. One of its solution will be reinstalling or repairing your system. You should however first try restoring your system to a date where it was working correctly.
