Hello,
Try this 1.
Click on Start --> Run --> Type services.msc and click on OK.
"Services" window will be opened.
At the right-side, scroll down for a service named "Windows Audio".
Make sure its status is "Started" and startup type is "Automatic".
If you find its not started or startup is not "Automatic" then
Double-click on it --> In "Startup Type" select "Automatic" from the drop-down
menu ---> Click on "Start" button --> Click on OK.
If the problem still exists, try re-installing your audio drivers. You can download
the drivers from the manufacture website.
