Brother MFC 7840W fax

i had an old HP all in one. The software gave me an option to view the actual pages that were faxed. This was very useful as it allowed me to not only see that I sent a fax to a particular;company but also let me view exactly what it was I sent.
On all the later HP machines I purchased in their business line this option was missing. Their explanation is that they had to streamline their application. I decided that I would switch to Brother MFC-7840W as I was told that this feature was available. Unfortunately I've been unable to find where the actual faxes are stored. So far I haven't had any luck with their customer service.
I hope this explanation gives enough information to offer a solution. I would also consider getting a 3rd machine if one could be recommended that offers the software I need.
