I cant access my pen drive

i opened my pen drive it say YOUR DISK IN DRVE H NOT FORMATTED DO YOU WANT TO FORMAT IT NOW........pls any one help me how to solve these problem..and mail me to sarathmec91@gmail.com......

There should have been some errors that occurred on it and hence you will be compelled to have it formatted for it to work properly.

hi : my computer not read my trancend hard drive so what would i do . to read my transcend hard drive on my computer
