Hello, after installing my cam the cam does not work. the windows shoes 'there is no vidoe capture " so im in problem

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

Dear Krish, 

You should also consider installing its driver in order for it to work properly. If the driver is installed, please get to the Device Manager and have it updated.
