Need help in win 7

Hello,

my devices and printers are not appearing on the devices and printers window even it is connected to the computer.but if you plug a usb the flash drive was recognized but the device is not available in the remove hardware icon....but on the deivce manager all drivers are ok...

any idea?

Did your devices come with a setup disk? if they did you need that. if thats not the case, have you tried connecting them to different usb ports? and if the problem persists then try the simple things i.e. restarting your computer, disconnecting and connecting your device, etc. for the record i have win7 so i would know
