Hello,
I just partitioned my Windows 7 HD, on my laptop, so i could dual boot XP Pro so i could run some old games and what not. Well i borrowed my friends XP CD and it installed Windows XP Pro Service Pack 3. Everything is genuine. Well i also have my desktop and i obviously have internet on this, but on my laptop with the XP it cant detect my internet connection and even when i have the Ethernet cable plugged in the orange light wont flash. So i just suspected its just drivers aren't installed that need to be, to run almost anything. So i need help figuring out how I can connect to the internet with my laptop to download any needed updates, or drivers or something. PLEASE help

Hello,

After OS installation you are suppose to install the drivers. You can download the

drivers from the manufacture website from your Desktop PC --> Copy it in your

pendrive and then install the drivers in your laptop.

Or

Let us know the brand name and model number.

Good Luck.
