Wrong symbol appears on screen

Hello,

When I type the @ key I sometimes get " (quotation marks) also I get a strange symbol when I type the ? (question mark)

Please confirm whether there is no virus or trojan causing this specific trouble and also check whether there has been no functions assigned to it.
