Question

Hello,  

So i tured off the ps3 and now it wont wor with the hdmi cables. i tried holding the power button for 5 secs but it does nothing 
it beeps when you first touch it, beeps again 5 secs later and then if you hol it any longer it shuts off. 

what can i do, i dont want to go back to using av cables :( 

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

See if the problem are the hdmi cables. if you say you cant turn on with them... but with the normal cables.
could be the problem.

try switch the hdmi cables for another ones. 
if you can the old hdmi cables in a different ps3 to see in there is a problem with the connection.
