Fujitsu Lifebook shut down

Hello,


My Fujitsu Lifebook Series A all of the sudden shut down and will not turn back on. There are no lights. I removed the battery and tried with just the power cord. This did not work. I have tested the power cord and it works fine. This is my work laptop and really need help. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Hello Laura,

Please give more information about the laptop and the last actions done before issue arise,did the laptop fall or something similar?
