Hello,
Try this 1.
Click on Start --> Run ---> type diskmgmt.msc and click on OK.
Right-click on your Pen Drive --> Select "Explore" --> Check whether its displaying
the contents in your pendrive or not.
Now try assigning a different drive letter.
In "Disk Management" windows ---> Right-click on your Pen Drive --> Select
"Change Drive Letter and Paths..." ---> Click on "Change" button ---> Select any
drive letter and click on OK.

Open disk management as administrator.
Click on start --> in search box type disk management, then in search you can find the option
"Create and format hard disk partition" --> right-click on that and select "Run as administrator".
Or Open control panel --> Administrator tools --> right click on "Computer Management" and
select "Run as administrator" --> disk management.
Good Luck.
