Non compatible usbClosed

Hello,      i'm using n 6303i. Not able  
to connect pc suit via usb. Error "non-compatible data cable." suggest.

Hi there,

The error comes from pc suite in phone menu go to settings>connectivity and usb data cable select pc suite or when connected you will be prompted to choose connection type.

i think either your usb port of phone or the cable is not working.i experinced the same problem and replaced the usb port of phone and now it is ok
