Hello,
Try this 1.
1)Check the "Sounds and Audio Devices" option in Control Panel. Make sure that
volume is not in mute.
2)Click on Start --> In search box, type services.msc and press "Enter".
Services windows will be opened. Now scroll down for "Windows Audio".
Make sure its status is "Started". If its not started then to change its status,
double-click on "Windows Audio" --> Set "Startup type:" to "Automatic" and click
on "Start" --> Click on OK.
3)Try reinstalling your audio drivers. You can download the drivers from the
manufacture website and install it.
