Hello Shady,
I have bad news!
There are every week dozens of Dell Laptop owners who experience the very same issue as you are experiencing. It is a manufacturer's fault, Dell laptops do that after a while of usage, sometimes when they are new.
You must take it to a technician for repair and I hope that your laptop is under warranty.
