Hello,
Try this 1.
1)Click on Start --> In search box, type services.msc and press "Enter".
Services windows will be opened. Now scroll down for "Windows Audio".
Make sure its status is "Started". If its not started then to change its status,
double-click on "Windows Audio" --> Set "Startup type:" to "Automatic" and click
on "Start" --> Click on OK.
2) Click on Start --> In search box, type devmgmt.msc and press "Enter".
Device Manager windows will be opened. If you notice any yellow mark then
try reinstalling the audio drivers. You can download the drivers from the
manufacture website and install it.
