Virus problem

Hello, I'm the new member. I got a big problem with my pc becuz of virus infect all file with extension "exe" . When I use avg scan my pc all "*.exe" are virus. All set up file and game are virus. What should I do to stop it?plz help S0S S0S S0S ASAP

i would first start by running a malware scan.

https://www.malwarebytes.com/

down it, update it, run it.

then do a scan and see what comes up.
