Virus problem..

hi I'm Kathleen Alvarez..i have a problem on my phone unit 5220 XPRESS MUSIC..
if i open it then it leave a second then it become all white then it will OFF already..it will repeating 2 times or 3 times..how can i solve it?/.plzz ans my question..TNX...

well,if your your system has virus promblem try scaning with avg antivirus but if persist then try format the system and reintall when you reintall create a partition for it.
