Go on sony support website : https://www.sony.com/electronics/support
Choose your model and you will find the drivers for windows XP, download and install them. After that, reboot your computer and verify if all is all right.

I tried to get on this link, downloaded some drivers, but did not get the PCI Device there... and some of the drivers i downloaded .. like the Audio and others were damaged that they could not be extracted from their zip folders.
I am still in need of PCI Device please allocate me where i can download them pliz..

hi
ok this problem still exists bcos the drivers u have installed are not compatible..
since u havnt given the config details of ur system, B4 u download/install the required software u will have to check...
1) Operationg system :- if 32 bit or 64 bit
2) Motherboard :- Manufaturer/model
3) Sound Card :- Manufaturer/model
below is the given site that will help u to find and install the same

restart after intallation

If you are unable to get the required driver the left solution is driver genius which will take the responsibility to search for the driver and install it for you without any issue,have it downloaded using the link below:
