my hp 115v a 4 gb pendrive was working well and dont
know what happened when pluged it in its asking me to format and when pressed yes it is showing that windows is unable to format and sometimes it even shows that please.insert disk into i
pelase please help me out to solve this problem its urjent          thank you
Configuration: Windows / Opera 9.80

Dear Tinku, 

There might be possibility that there is write protection on the disk and that you need need to have it removed through the below steps before formatting it.
