HELP! External HDD Not Found!! Closed

Question

Hello, 



my external hdd was fine till now.

I turn it on nothing happens (look at pictures for examples)

When i try and do some thing(when my external hdd is on) my pc it freezes my pc till i turn it off (then all things i did pop up)

iv tryed everything from trying in a different enclose to restores.


Pictures shows that it finds the hdd but i cant access it.



Please help!

Try this. Shutdown your computer. Then unplug AC Adapter.Remove USB from Ext. Drive and USB port.Plug in the AC Adapter to Ext.HD Then USB TO HD ,last to USB port and reboot computer.This sequel should reset the USB,hopefully.

I can't hardly figure out what really happened. There are many possibilities why it happens. I need more info about this.
