Drives are not opening

Hello,


my drives are not opening while double chicked also while clicking right mouse button to choose open option.It shows lucki.exe-application error in title bar and shows "the application failed to initiate properly (0*c0000005). "in the dialogue box ....what to do now? why it happens? .....please suggest any ways to rectify this.....

hello please give me a HijackThis scan so we can find out what is happening with your computer...

please download the new version but do a scan and save a log file and then post it into here so we can see what to remove...

i hope some one else will help you on this......
