Unable to unmount drive

Hello,

WHen i connect my pen drive and try to format it, it starts and then pops up an error message saying Unable to unmount drive, please help me, thanks.

Dear Wendy,

This problem should be coming from the fact that the pendrive contains a virus or still from the USB port. Please connect it to another computer and have it formatted, it will be easier.
