Hello, 

My start menu gone up side  left corner and taskbar gone dowen left side corner please help me

System Configuration: Windows XP / Safari 534.3

u can drag the start menu with left mouse button.
and put it in bottom side

Drag the taskbar to bottom of desktop to return it back to normal.

hi there is simple way if ur start menu gone up left corner
 
   1- right click on start menu
   2- click on properties 
   3- click on taskbar button
   4- click on taskbar location
click on bottom

Thank you! Your suggestion worked as opposed to a number of ones that said to bring the cursor over the blue area and drag it down. That despite repeated attempts, did not work. Thanks again.
