Hi,
If you are sure that theres no virus on your computer perform this diagnostics.
Try to unplug the power cable of the cpu and wait for 30 seconds or 1 minute then plug it. Turn on your computer. If the problem persist, Take Step 2: Remove the cover of the cpu. Now locate the power cable from power supply into the motherboard. It has the biggest bundle of cable. Press the lock located at the middle of a plastic or rubber then pull it up. Wait for 30 seconds or 1min then plug it back. Put on the power cable then turn on the computer.
If this doesn't work try to replace the power supply.
